BEGINNING PHASE
Time	Activity
23/10/2015      10am - 12pm	We had the first talk of social engagement at DK1 and I have been distributed to Group 9. There are 10 members in my group. After the talk, we have been asked to meet with our supervisor. Our supervisor is Dr. Edward and he gave us a briefing about the social engagement and what should we do for the whole social engagement. (refer picture 1)
5/11/2015    6pm - 8pm	Our group had our first meeting to discuss about what to do for fund raising and social engagement. Our first meeting held at Dataran Zaba. Each of us showed our commitment to shared a lot of ideas and opinions to get the best decision.
19/11/2015   6pm - 8pm	Our second meeting also held at Dataran Zaba. We discuss about the details and content of the proposal. We had find out a list of old folks' home and also the orphanage in PJ area. (refer picture 2)
23/11/2015    5pm - 7pm	We had a meeting with supervisor to finalise our proposal.  We told our supervisor about our plan that whether visit old folks' home or orphanage. We had finalise a list of places and we told and showed it to our supervisor to ask for his opinion.
26/11/2015    5pm - 7pm	We done our proposal based on the decision we made and submit to our supervisor for approval. We discuss further with our supervisor about the venue we want to do for our social engagement.
4/12/2015     11.30am - 1pm	Based on the list of venue, our supervisor chose some of the venue of orphanage that near our university. This is because it's esaier for us to do our social engagement. We all agreed with supervisor's decision. After that, we discuss further about the activities we should do at orphanage and what kind of stuff they are really need and should buy for them. We also discuss about what kind of activity we should do for our fund raising activity. Finally, we decided to do a carwash for fund raising due to the convenient and easier for us to raise fund.
14/12/2015    12pm - 2pm	We had visit some of the orphanage that we chose based on supervisor's decision. We deal with the person in charge of the orphanage and tell them our purpose and what to do during our social engagement.
15/12/2015     5pm - 6pm	We discuss with supervisor about our visit and what we did on yesterday and want to confirm the venue with him. Unfortunately, we had face some problems while visit the orphanage like transportation, safety problem and so on. Each of us decided to change our plan to old folks' home. Based on the list we came out last time, we chose the old folks' home(Care One Centre) that are located near 9th residential college. Our leader and secretary went to the old folks' home and get the permission from them. After that, we continued to discuss about what to do and what to buy for the old folks. We decided to buy some necessary items such as rice, diapers and fans for them.
23/2/2016      4pm - 6pm	We had a discussion about what materials and tools we need for our fund raising activity. We decided to bring our own pails and cloth during the car wash. Each of our group members contribute some money to buy the tools and materials. For the tools and materials we unable to bring such as soap, clean cloth and so on. Supervisor fetch some of our group members to the nearest supermarket to buy it by using our contribution fee.
25/2/2016      4pm - 6pm	We had our last meeting at Dataran Zaba. We discuss about the target for our fund raising activity and the price we should charge for the car wash services. We decided to wash 50 cars and the price are RM3 without soap and RM5 with soap. We chose Faculty of Business and Accountancy for the car wash venue due to the convenient and water supply provided at this faculty. After that, we discuss further about our visit to old folks' home , how we go there and where should we gathered first.

7.30am - 8am	We depart to Faculty Business and Accountancy from our own residential college at 7.30pm and we reached faculty at 8pm
8am - 9.30am	Our supervisor gave us a short briefing once we reached at Dataran Zaba. We went to supervisor's office to take out all the materials and tools that we bought last time. We started our preparation such as filled up all the pails with water and put some soap inside the pails.
9.30am - 12pm	We started our carwash service at car park which located beside the cafe. The reason why we chose the place because there had a lot of cars and many people came to work during that time. We devided our group into 2 groups, one group go for attract customer and one group responsible to wash the cars. I was from the group that washed the car. The first car I washed was  Toyota Innova, the car owner was the staff from our faculty. We had wash a few cars within the time. (refer picture 1)
12pm - 12.30pm	During this time, we have a short break to have our brunch at café. We want to boost our energy so that we can reach our target by today.
12.30pm - 2pm	We changed our job scope to which two group involve in attract customer and washed car. My group changed our target area to the parking lot in front of the office. I started to attract customer and I had successfully got a new customer but her car was really dirty. Her car was almost fully cover by the withered leaves and me and my group members tried our best to wash her car. Its so hard to clean all the leaves that already stick on the car. Luckily our customer was rushing to another place and she didnt care so much about the cleanliness of her car. Finally she had paid us and leave .After that, we had wash around 10 cars at here. (refer picture 2,3,4)
2pm - 4pm	We noticed that less car are coming to this place and we changed again our target area to the place in front of Dataran Zaba. Luckily, the place got water supply and also had many car pass through and park at here. We started to ask for the customer and we got many customers at this time. During this time, the weather was so hot and although we all are so tired, but the hot weather helped us to dry the car easily. (refer picture 5,6)
4pm-5pm	This hour like a peak hour for our carwash service because we had a lot of customers. We all felt very happy because we can raise more fund. We had ask for a BMW car owner whether she want to have a carwash service or not. She rejected us but after she knew our purpose was for fundraising, she donated money to us and gave us extra money for drinking. After that, around 5pm, we done our carwash service because we had achieve our target. (refer picture7)
5pm - 5.30pm	After we done our fundraising, we had a short briefing with our supervisor at Dataran Zaba and made a conclusion about how much we had earn from the whole day. After briefing, we started to clean everythings and bring it to go back our own residential college.I felt very tired because need to wake up early in the morning and washed the cars under the sun, but when I think of it’s a donation to raise fund for old folks’ home, I felt it’s worthy and satisfy because we are able to help the old folks who need a lot of helps from society. Once we have a lot of money, we are able to buy the necessary items for them. After that, I felt very energetic to wash the cars because the more we earn, the more we can help the old folks. I also felt very happy and supprise because once we tell peoples our purpose of the car wash, many peoples are willing to pay more than the price of washing.

7.30am - 8am	We gathered at KK9 gate for a short briefing from our supervisor before depart to Care One Center. After briefing, we walked to Care One Center and reached there at 8pm.
8am - 9am	Our supervisor introduced us to the persons in charge and we took a few photos in front of the One Care Center with them before start doing our work. The authorities had tell us about the background of the old folks and what activities they need our helped to do. （refer picture 1)
9am - 11am	We had distributed the jobs among us. Some of us do the job inside the old folks' home and some of us do the cleaning work at outside.The job inside the old folks' home including sweep the floor, mop the floor, take the rubbish to outside, mop the table and dust and so on. Me and my group members chose to do the job at outside. We started to sweep the withered leaves outside the old folks' home and washed the floor. After that, we helped them to wash the window outside the home. (refer picture 2,3,4,5)
11am-12:30pm	After we done the cleaning activities, we gathered inside the old folks' home.  Supervisor brought some of us to buy our lunch. Its time for old folks to have their lunch. We helped the worker to prepare the food and fed the old folks. After they finished their lunch, we helped to clean up the dining table and washed the plates.
12.30pm - 1.30pm	We had a break at this time because all of us felt very hungry and decided to have our lunch. We sat together and finished our lunch inside the old folks' home. (refer picture 6)
1.30pm-3.30pm	After that, we continued our activities. We had a singing performance in front of the old folks to make them happy. We also chit chat with old folks so they won't feel very lonely. We tell them where we came from and watched tv programme together with them.  (refer picture 7)
3.30pm-5pm	We helped them to watering the vegetables and clean the drain. We collected all the withered leaves and threw inside the black plastic bag and carried it to outside. We also helped the owner to wash her car.
5pm - 5.30pm	After done all the cleaning process, I felt satisfy because the cleanliness of care one center are due to our effort. I also felt very happy because the living condition of the old folks had become better than before. So, once we finished all the activities that should done by today, we decided to go back our own residential to get enough rest for the activities on tomorrow.

7.30am - 8am	We gathered at KK9 gate for a short briefing from our supervisor before depart to Care One Center. After briefing, we walked to Care One Center and reached there at 8pm.
8am - 9.30am	We same as yesterday that distibuted the job among us. We did the same job that swept the withered leaves outside the old folks' home and washed the floor. After that, we threw the withered leaves and rubbish into the big black plastic and carried it to outside.(refer picture 1,2)
9.30am - 11am	We done our job at outside faster than yesterday. So, we entered to the old folks' home and helped to mop the floor. After that, we chit chat with old folks again. We helped them to change their bed sheet so they can sleep well in the night. The persons in charge had bought us the light blue paint. This is because he felt that the wall need to repaint again to make it look new and fresh. First, we move the furniture aside and we helped them to clean the wall and start out painting process. We had paint the wall near the main entrance and the wall at kitchen. (refer picture 3,4,5,6,7)
11am-12:30pm	Supervisor brought some of us to buy our lunch. Its time for old folks to have their lunch. Some of us continued the painting process and some of us helped the worker to prepare the food and fed the old folks. After they finished their lunch, we helped to clean up the dining table and washed the plates. (refer picture 8)
12.30pm - 1.30pm	We all felt hungry and tired and decided to have a break. We had our lunch inside the old folks' home. Our supervisor bring some of us to the supermarket to buy the stuff for old folks based on their needs. The things we bought are fans, rice, diapers, foods and so on.
1.30pm-4.30pm	After we finished our lunch, we continued the painting process. Due to our effort, the painting process finished at 4.30pm. We set up the new fans for the old folks.(refer picture 9,10)
4.30pm-5pm	One of the person in charge that work at the old folks' home treat us very well. She cooked dessert for us and bought many delicious food for us. We helped her to fill the small bowl with the dessert and the plates with the foods and brought to the dining table. Some of the old folks joined us and we ate together. I can feel that its so warm for me. (refer picture 11)
5pm - 5.30pm	After we finished all the jobs, we took many photo with the old folks and the persons in charge. We say good bye to them and thanks to them person in charge who treat us very well and we went back to our own residential college at 5pm. Third day was also the last day of social engagement, I felt a bit unwilling to leave there because I felt that old folks need more care and love from their children and society, once we leave, they sure feel lonely again. However, we had well managed our fund and time and spent it wisely to maximize the benefit for old folks. I hope all things that we done in these three days are helpful and meaningful for old folks. From this social engagement, it provided me the chance to help out the old folks and I’m very appreciate the moments I sacrifice with my group members. (refer picture 12)

1/3/2016      2pm - 3pm	We gathered at Dataran Zaba to collect the photos that captured during fund raising and social engagement at Care One Centre from leader and other group members. We need those photo to insert into our report to make it complete.
4/3/2016        3pm - 4.30pm	We met up with supervisor and he brief us about how to do the report , format of the report and when to submit the report.
10/3/2016     4pm - 6pm	We follow up the report with supervisor to get the latest information of the report. Supervisor  had assigned us a new task which was write our own reflection about fund raising and social engagement at old folks' home on blog.
16/3/2016      5pm - 7pm	We had a meeting with each other about the activites we had done for the specific date and time because we need to insert these information in our report. Our meeting held at Dataran Zaba.

24/3/2016     4pm - 6pm	We had a meeting with supervisor again to discuss about our report version 1. We discuss with supervisor about correction we have to do and add on some parts, informations and photos.
1/4/2016       4pm - 6pm	We had a meeting again with group members at Dataran Zaba. We discuss about our report and keep follow-up our report with our supervisor.

5/4/2016       6pm - 7pm	We done our amendment report and discuss with supervisor. Supervisor brief us about the journal that we need to do. There are 3 parts we need to do in journal which are beginning phase, current phase and ending phase.
21/4/2016      5pm - 6.30pm	We finalise our report and journal with those complete and accurate informations. Our secretary helped us to collect all the report and journal from us and compile it.

5/5/2016      4pm - 6pm	After we finalise our report and journal, we show the report and journal to supervisor to make sure that our report and journal are correct and no need to do correction again.
18/5/2016      5pm - 6.30pm	After we done all the report and journal, supervisor brief us about the presentation. He brief us about the way to do the presentation and the sequence among us during presentation. He told us that presentation will be held at 25/5/2016 from 5pm to 7pm.
